Kailua-Kona (continued)
Oceanfront Estate Kailua-Kona
One of Hawaiis treasured memories of the past is its
unique architecture.
Celebrate "old Hawaii" at this oceanfront estate. It is just past Kailua village
and
has the charm of old Hawaii built right in. A large grassy lawn separates the
home from the ocean. There is even an imu pit in the sand for ocean front imu
ceremonies.
Smaller events can begin inside around the piano finishing on the beach
for a
private dinner. Larger functions can incorporate the lawn, the beach and the
home. Our Bar on the Beach is sure to delight guests as they get their toes in the
sand while sipping a sunset mai tai!
Available on a limited basis Paradise Gourmet Catering will create the
ultimate
function for you at this beautiful venue. Check out our website for photos or

Located just 1.4 miles south of the village
of Kailua-Kona, this open-air market is now
available for casual lunches, road rally stops or short beverage breaks from island tours.
Lushly landscaped and full of outdoor vendors selling handmade Hawaiian crafts, fresh
flowers, Kona coffee and imported object dart, Alii Gardens Marketplace is a unique
and interesting setting and should be included on any shopping tour of the Big Island.
Many hula halaus practice here under the monkey pod trees and the kapunas often
stop by to play ukulele and talk story with the shoppers. With no site fees, "the
gardens"
is the perfect venue for a lunch break or road rally stopping point.
