VENUES

We are happy to cater at any location on the Big Island. Whether it be the privacy of
your own home or the excitement of uncharted territory like a remote black sand beach
or the summit of Mauna Kea, we are ready to serve you! We are eager to meet the
challenges of different and exciting event locations.

Some of our favorite venues include . . . .

Waimea’s Parker Ranch

The beginnings of Parker Ranch date back to 1809 when John Palmer Parker, a sailor
from Massachusetts first landed on the island of Hawaii. Befriended by King
Kamehameha, he married a Hawaiian princess and began domesticating the wild cattle
and horses that roamed the Big Island’s volcanic slopes. Starting in 1847, he and his
descendants amassed the land holdings now known as Parker Ranch.

Today, Parker Ranch is one of the largest cattle ranches in the United States and home
of Hawaii’s cowboy – the Paniolo! The Paniolo are a tough hard riding breed who for
six generations have worked Parker Ranch, comprised of 225,000 acres, nearly 300
horses and over 40,000 head of cattle. The ranch offers beautiful vistas and incredible
locations for an elegant evening or a wild and ruckus rodeo with
real Parker Ranch Paniolos!

Pukalani Stables

Pukalani Stables at Parker Ranch is framed by beautiful jacaranda trees and lush
pastures filled with livestock and cattle. This authentic stable is the perfect setting for a
real authentic Paniolo experience. The U-shaped building has indoor seating for 180
guests and outdoor seating for many more. The courtyard is the best spot for those
interactive cowboy games and perhaps a saddle making demonstration, or some line
dancing. After you’ve dined on real cowboy grub featuring Parker Ranch Angus Pride
Brand® Beef, get on over to the bonfire and roast some marshmallows or take a
covered wagon ride through the pastures to really complete
the Parker Ranch experience.
